Prior to joining Uhde Shedden Russell held key positions in Davy McKee, Kinhill and Brown and Root.

| Director, Corporate Development
| John’s corporate responsibilities cover business and strategic planning, management reporting and project sponsor roles. He has over 30 years experience in the development of projects across a broad range of process industries. He has experience across hydrocarbons, chemicals, minerals, clean coal and alternative fuels industries. His experience also includes a strong background in technology contracting, including dealing with technology suppliers, technology licensing, performance specifications and guarantees.

| Managing Director of Uhde Shedden Thailand, Ron has over 30 years experience in the Oil and Gas, Refining and PetroChemical industries. A Chemical Engineer he specialised in Light Hydrocarbon Processing and Refining working in Europe, Middle East and Asia. His roles include Process Technologist, Project Engineer, Project Manager, Sales Engineer leading to General Manger Sales and Marketing before joining the Thailand office.

Ian’s career has developed through design of large capital equipment, marketing and business development, general management and major capital works project management. Ian is currently responsible for Uhde Shedden Group operations covering Asia and Australia.

| Dominic has almost 20 years accounting and finance experience gained mostly with the engineering industry sector with specific experience in managing finance teams in Australia, South East Asia and the Middle East. He possesses strong leadership skills and is experienced in dealing with difficult situations including the rectification of poor company performance. He has gained extensive commercial involvement in the running of business's operations and has specific experience in managing tax, corporate governance, business systems, risk and treasury.

Previously responsible for Information Technology and business systems integration within Uhde Shedden, Lloyd now manages the Engineering and Supply Division to ensure seamless and effective engineering and procurement services to our projects.

MORRIS HOFMAN
| General Manager, Project Delivery
| General Manager of the Project Delivery Division within Uhde Shedden. He is a qualified Chemical Engineer with over thirty years’ experience mainly in the hydrocarbon processing industry and the last twenty years in senior process, project engineering and project management roles. Senior Project Manager for numerous Greenfield and Brownfield projects for Exxonmobil, BP, Shell, Kemcor, Esso (Bass Strait). Earlier Project Engineer roles for BP Kwinana, Petralgas and Senior Process Engineer for the original Bream platform design.

BOB MORTON
| Manager, Construction
| Bob has extensive experience in design engineering, project and construction management including project planning, estimating, site establishment, quality, HSE and IR management. Bob has managed construction for major refinery expansions and projects in the chemical and mineral processing industries, including shutdown and turnaround work. Prior to joining Uhde Shedden, Bob had responsibility for all construction work performed in Australia by Aker Kvaerner and was HSE Co-ordinator for all of Aker Kvaerner’s site operations.
